Just 20 km from Mount Huye lies the small town of Simbi. Horizon Station employs 94 people here, 70% of them women. 1,200 farmers, who all farm their land within a 2 km radius, bring their cherries to this wet mill, from which they also receive organic fertilizer for cultivation, made from the recycled husks of the coffee cherries.
