Coffees from Finca El Paraiso by Diego Samuel Bermudez stand for exceptional processing and excellent taste. During his last Origin trip to Colombia, in November, Felix was able to visit the farm himself and see for himself how elaborate the processing is and how highly technical the work is on the farm and its laboratory. This coffee was double anaerobically fermented and then washed using the thermal shock process and is one of the funky coffees in our range.
